Hasbro, COPS- Bulletproof
Ah... COPS. One of the few lines that I go outside the 3 3/4"- 1:18 scale. Not alot toylines centered around a police force and this one came on to the scene with a bang. No, really, it's literally came on to the scene with a bang because of it's cap firing features. Those were the good ole' days when toy guns looked like guns and a not afraid of them in the sense that a kid would be scared witless because someone else brought one to school. I actually read about that in a news article.
Anyhow, getting away from the politics of guns and gun control. B.P. Vess aka Bulletproof here is the leader of the Central Organization of Police Specialists or C.O.P.S. As a kid I really liked this show and due to the lows in Joe and Transformer collecting, I've managed to pick up a few here and there. Expect more COPS figures in the future. :)

Hasbro, COPS- Longarm Redux
I've shown off Longarm from the COPS line before but this is a new one that came with accessories. He's still not 100% complete but it's better than the one one I had gotten before. Expect more for from this line in the future! :)

It came from eBay! COPS- Longarm
So I just got this in the mail yesterday off of eBay for $1 + shipping. Which was more that the item but still reasonable. $4 all together. And just in time for a COPS marathon!
Unfortunately he didn't come with any accessories but it's pretty cool on it's own. He also has what seems to be stains from a black marker. His hair should be brighter too. I tried to clean it up as best as I could without having to resort to cleaning agent that would strip the paint off. Either way, not bad for $4 and I'm sure I'll find the rest of his parts and maybe a replacement head at a toy show I'll be working in July.

COPS, Checkpoint
Normally I don't collect outside of the 3 3/4" - 4" scale but for this line I had to make an exception.
As a kid I really enjoyed the show but was WAY into Transformers. Yes, I'm guilty of keeping the Transformers brand alive. lol. Well, either way, I found this guy on a trip into the city and had to get him. Why you ask? Well not too many people know this, even GI Joe fans, I believe. But Checkpoint here is he son of the GI Joe know as Beachhead! Crazy right? Though not totally. Apparently, not only had Larry Hama written bios for GI Joe, he wrote them for COPS too. How cool is that?
