Guess I'll settle with getting The Rhino from Marvel Universe for now...

Yet another Kamen Rider. Meteor Storm here is the powered up of Kamen Rider Meteor, who hails from the Kamen Rider Fourze series.

So Fourze has these switches that given him power up items. Some of those switch items come in a box to attach to the figure from last Friday. Pretty cool. Now I wish I could find the other sets! :(

Foreign Friday- Kamen Rider Fourze

Kamen Rider Fourze here hails from the 3rd Module on Fourze series of candy toys in Japan. Released around 2011 this figure was packed with a soda candy, which are pretty tasty if you ask me, the figure, stickers (which I didn't apply) and a windmill type of accessory. Not bad for a series that retails at about $3-4 retail.

So as you can tell I ended up being busier than I thought, hence the lack of updates. Fortunately for you, my loyal followers, that means that I've got a reserve of toys in reserve to fawn over. But since NY Comic- Con was this past weekend I thought I'd share with you photos of some cool and interesting things that I saw. More after the jump. Enjoy!

Masked Rider

So I finally fished this bad boy out of storage not too long ago. Released over here in the states by Bandai, it represents the main character from the 1995 series. Despite the silly show from Saban, I liked it enough to spark my interest in the actual Japanese show, which led me down a slippery slope of Kamen (It means masked in Japanese btw) Rider marathons in front of my laptop or TV.

I thought I'd change things up for a bit and switch to something different from Turtles.

There goes the neighboorhood....

Teal here (that's the name I gave him), decided it was time to upgrade himself by jacking Megaman X's Ride Armor!

Bandai, Dinozaurs- Drago Dactylus

Back in the late 90's, Bandai released this line called Dinozaurs that in my opinion was their response to Beast Wars. So this kinda of makes the the GoBots of the 90's. FYI Bandai actually produced the GoBots, Tonka marketed and released over here in the US. Anyway, what you get is are prehistoric creatures that transform in robots and at very least, a fairly decent toy line.

Bandai, Megaman X- Ride Armor

So, initially I had thought that this was from Kabaya, who is famous for making candy toys, but after looking around the 'net I figured out that it's from Bandai. Though it would have been easier to check the sticker sheet that it came with.:P It's pretty cool for a toy that's about 2" high.

Also since I missed posting on Monday and Tuesday, I'll be posting this weekend, which I normally don't do.
