    I remeber this character but not this figure of him.

    He had his own line that was super short. 1 year and just a handful figures. The figures were about 4" - 5" in height and came out before GI Joe Extreme. There's an animated short also. It bridged the gap between Real American Hero and Sgt. Savage and his Screaming Eagles (that was the name of the line), which I thought was cool. Kinda make it's all within the universe just with different figures.
